I receive text message, I'll see it once I press the home button, but never got the alert tone with vibration. This is intermittent, and happens with both iPhone and android senders.

any thoughts?

Hey @Mmdrivard

You should be able to receive alerts for all your text messages.

What phone model are you using?

I have an iPhone 8.

Thanks for the update @Mmdrivard,

We can run a few tests together to narrow it down:

  1. When you received calls and your volume is set to max, does your phone ring?
  2. Does your phone vibrate when you receive any other notifications (other than SMS)?
  3. If the answer is yes for both previous questions, have you checked your phone's notification settings for your texts? Sound and vibration might be disabled on your device.

Let us know!

Notification settings are correct and active.

Hey @Mmdrivard

Once again on your Notifications, are they active for: Lock Screen, Notification Center as well as Banners?

Is your Do Not Disturb on?

Also is this happening for both SMS and iMessages?

Keep us posted!

Notifications are all properly set, silent mode is OFF.

This issue occurs with iMessage and SMS messages.

Hey @Mmdrivard,

To clarify, what iOS version is your iPhone currently running on?

Let us know.

Hey @Mmdrivard,

Thanks for letting us know.

Can you please also confirm if the Do Not Disturb Settings is ON or OFF?

Also, can you reset the network settings and let us know if that changes anything: Settings - General - Reset - Reset Network Settings.
