Not always receiving text alert tone.

I receive text message, I'll see it once I press the home button, but never got the alert tone with vibration. This is intermittent, and happens with both iPhone and android senders.any thoughts?

For right now, it seems to be working. I'll give it a week to see full result, and keep you posted.thank you.

Using IOS version 13.5.1

Notifications are all properly set, silent mode is OFF.This issue occurs with iMessage and SMS messages.
