I have been with fido for 6years!! I wanted a new phone, and the plans given to me were really bad. Few years back fido suddenly removed the fido dollars that I earned over the years. I am now with bell, good plan but not so good reception. Someone told me that I will receive a Winback customer call. But I never did!! I felt really sad not to be able to get a phn frm fido.
