Hi there
I do not have any services anymore, tried to restart my phone, took off the sim card and put it back again still nothing as i really need my phone and obviously can't call the support service
Need Help please.

Sorry to hear your phone is not getting any service, Fido does have many other ways you can contact them if you are not able to call. Live chat or messaging them on social media would be faster than the community.
Do you have access to another phone that you can try your SIM card in to see if the card is good?
