Noticed a collection on my credit bureau account in September 2021, called the collection agency to be told that it was a Fido account, i dont own the account, have talked to collection agency that has verified that the dob and address are mismatches and its in error. Called Fido and a fraud case was opened, i have not heard back from Fraud since then, still collections on my credit bureau, have called various times, its always the same, transferred to Credit team, and then explain the whole situation and nothing gets done at the end of it. Poor service.
