Tried to get hold of live agents to discuss current plan. Scheduling a call back time but doesn't work.  Please HELP!!!'

Good luck my friend!!!.  I am just having a very frustrating chat with an online cust.rep right now because I was given a callback link for a voice call but when i tried to set-up a time it said: "No callback time is available".  Trying to reach a real person via voice is an experience in frustration with FIDO.  Decided to cancel all of my accounts with them. I simply can't take this BS anymore!.

The call back feature is currently unavailable. To speak with a live agent, simply select "5" in the IVR when calling 611 from your Fido.
