Cancellation of contract. Help is needed!

Good afternoon, I am receiving invoices for my room. I'm not in Canada and won't be able to go back there. Can I cancel my contract? I also have no way to pay. Before leaving, I visited the office, they told me that when I leave, the SIM card will not be valid.
