New to Fido Ghostly Bill.

I took the sim on 14 September and the place I took it from told me there is no charges and it's 45 CAD contract. However I see a ghostly bill of 60 CAD setup cost. 

I am confused why am I seeing this??

The fee is charged when you do an activation or hardware upgrade through customer service or at a retail location, the only way to avoid that charge is when you do it yourself through self-serve on That being said, often times retail locations would have promotions where they would waive that fee but how it works is you will be charged the fee, and then on your second or third invoice you will receive a credit for the fee. If this is the case then I would suggest you wait until your third invoice and if you did not receive the fee then you can contact customer service directly.
