Unfortunately, I'm not sure we'll be able to provide you with assistance regarding your matter. From what I gather, you seem to be referring to a FIDO authentification key (see here). However, this community deals mainly with Fido cellular services (Fido.ca).
In addition, as far as I am aware, FIDO (Fast IDentity Online) is a technical specification which many companies may use (see here, here, here, here, etc). You might consider contacting the manufacturer of your particular key for assistance.
