Negative Balance on my last bill

Hi,

 

Due to COVID situation, I returned back to my home country. and discontinue the Fido account now what happen last fido bill was generated and it says that I overpay amount and amount says -$45. Now How will I get the amount back? As I used my Credit card to the do the payment.

 

Please reply me ASAP

  Welcome to the community!

 

  Once your final bill is released, if you have a credit balance in your account, a cheque will be mailed to you 2 to 3 weeks after the release of the bill (see here). It would be sent to the address they have on file. Since you are no longer at the address on file, you would need to contact customer service to make alternative arrangements. Alternatively, you might consider sending @FidoSolutions a PM. Once they verify some information, they'll also be able to access your account.
