I deleted my messages (even the important ones) and it still won't let me listen to a new message. 3 msgs for 3 mins is pitifully low for a phone service that continually gets more expensive without any new services or improvements. Why don't you take the extra money you sneakily add on to my charges after a random number of months and use it to hire more customer service reps to answer questions or improve overall service or... both!
