Voicemail Full

Hello. I can't access my voicemail because the "voice" says it is full and that I need to delete some messages... but it won't let me in to listen to, or delete my messages... so I'm stuck. This seems silly.  Anyone have a solution to this?

It's definitely odd that it won't allow you to listen to the messages, as you should still be able to do so. 
Please reach out to customer service when you have a moment so they can look into this with you!
