Good morning @mhewlml , welcome to the community. Are you wanting to port your number from your current carrier to Fido? You can go to fido.ca and Here are the steps to make that happen. Note that you shouldn't cancel your existing plan with the other carrier as you will lose your number. Once you sign up for an account online with fido, they will take care of porting your account.
