I'm completely pissed off about the customer service offered by Fido. I wanted to enable my service which was temporarily suspended as I'm abroad because of an important call which I was expecting. I started the llive chat exactly at 9:00 Am in the morning which is the weekend start time and I was waiting for about 1:30 hours like a nomad. I completely lost my cool in this situation as it is totally useless. If someone from Fido sees this post please answer this question by avoiding the usual template as "We have unusual amount of calls waiting in the queue etc, etc.." I need a genuine reply as of why is this happening all the time.




This is utterly not an acceptable customer service and this is not such a good way to treat loyal customers and customers who are in a need of emergency. I need my question to be addressed.

The delay for customer service assistance varies, but we do have multiple options for you to reach out to us and receive help.


For example, you can request a callback at a time that works best for you, or send us a private message on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. 
These two methods do not require that you wait on hold, but we'll always get back to you as quickly as possible.
