The person entered the wrong spelling of my first name. Now I can't change it through my account, tried to call 611 but I was on hold for more than an hour.
Can anyone please help ?

I just tried and did get the option for a callback, when you get the prompts for the different options press 5 to speak to a representative then 3 to continue to speak to a representative then it will tell you rather than wait we will call you back then follow the prompts to initiate the callback.

If the name is misspelled on the account then only a Fido representative will be able to change that, you can contact them through any of the available methods listed here you can also take advantage of the callback feature so you do not have to wait on hold if you decide to call again.
