The person entered the wrong spelling of my first name. Now I can't change it through my account, tried to call 611 but I was on hold for more than an hour. Can anyone please help ?
Called them, couldn't find the 'request call back' option there. Also the waiting time was between 2-3 hours. 臘:male_sign: Took Fido a week back and I am disappointed already
