Hi there, i was wondering if i could find out if my order for a new phone upgrade went through. I had put in all my details to order a new phone and did all the steps and confirmed my order but I haven't received any email of confirmation yet. So now if I try to order the phone again but i keep getting the message that the upgrade is pending. I'm confused on whether it processed or not?

You will receive the e-mail once the order has been processed you can also check your spam/junk folder to make sure the e-mail did not go there.
If you would like to know the actual status you will need to contact customer service directly and they will be able to better assist you.
