Missing monthly bill

Just I'm asking..Where's my bill?

Every month 21 my bill was ready, but now I don't see any my bill...

Problem is I lost my credit score..

Please, you guys fix this problem as soon as possible....

  Welcome to the community!

 

  Are you referring to your monthly paper bill? Fido recently changed to full online billing in April 2019. You can view and print your bill via My Account (see here).

Try to clear your Browser Cache or go download Fido app on your phone and top up through the app.

Another method is to go contact with moderator or Fido solutions on Twitter, Facebook.
