Hello mods,
Ported out of Fido, got an email telling me to expect a winback call - which I thought never came, but it turns out my phone was marking them all as spam and not putting them through.
I tried calling the number back but there's no way to talk to someone or leave a message. Is it possible to leave them a message and ask them to call back? Spam filter is now disabled!
