Loyalty data bonus

I had a 1GB Loyalty Bonus Data addition to my account. For my April bill it was removed and I was left with overage charges. I want to know why it was removed and why I wasn't informed. Why, also, can't I contact Fido to resolve this instead of having to post publically. Seems strange.

Fido would always inform us of any changes via our invoice if you check your last 3 invoices before the change happened you should see the notice. Please see here on how to save/print your invoice details.

 

Most times promotions/offers expire after a certain amount of time.

 

You can contact customer service directly if you have any issues, sometimes if you message a moderator here directly they will refer you to post in the community because if everyone messages them directly it defeats the purpose of this community.
