Lost my phone, received my new one with new sim card in the mail...

How do I activate the new sim card?  I do not have my old sim card as I've lost the phone but I did not report it lost as I was hoping it would turn up. 

The website indicates I need to visit a Fido store.  I would rather not as I live in a rurual area.  Any help appreciated; I've set up my new iphone XS with apple ID.

  Welcome to the community!


  As part of a security measure, changes to your SIM card can only be done in store. That said, exceptions to this rule exist (see here). You would need to contact customer service. Alternatively, you might consider sending @FidoSolutions a PM. Once they verify some information, they'll also be able to access your account.
