Lost my extra 7gb loyalty program after downgrading my plan. Help!

Hi! I have recently downgraded my plan because my 2yr contract has just been finished. I used to pay $85/8gb in a 2yr contract and I was offered extra gb which accumulated to 15gb. So I had 15gb and used to pay $85 including taxes ofcourse.
Last week, I decided to downgrade since the phone is already mine. I was told that I will pay $55 a month and still get to keep the 15gb. But now I only have 8gb of data plan. Please can someone assist me?? Thank you!!!
