Getting quite confused by my plan... the plan name says "110GB, Talk & Text - Entry with 1000 US & 1000 Intl Long Distance minutes", but I see long distance minute under Talk section being "none". What is going on...

Firstly, you should note that this forum is community-driven and not intended as a venue for customer services. Many of us are fellow customers. I understand the discrepancy in the information provided can be confusing. I suspect there is a glitch with the minute information in the app. Does the information via your My Account show the same details?
If the plan states it includes 1000 US & 1000 Intl Long Distance minutes, you would be able to use those minutes without incurring additional fees. However, if you were not aware, you should note that those 1000 International minutes have traditionally only been to certain Countries (see here).
You might consider verifying the plan details and the included Countries with customer service. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter. Those methods can be accessed via the contact page posted above.
