Hi, I got notified that prepaid will longer be available after February 20, 2025. I still have a $5 voucher that I want to use up before switching to Chatr prepaid. Can you tell me how to add it? The *611 doesn't let me add the voucher. Thank you

  That said, is that voucher for Fido? As far as I am aware, the lowest top-up voucher denomination was $10.

 If you wished assistance with your matter, you would need to contact customer service. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter. Those methods can be accessed via the contact page posted above. However, since your issue deals with a pre-paid account, you may need to contact their dedicated pre-paid line.
