What type of service do you have -- pre-paid or post-paid? When you refer to Canada Talk & Text, does it include Canada-wide calling?
Incoming calls from any destination (domestic or overseas) do not incur long-distance charges, assuming your plan has Canada-wide calling. However, all incoming and outgoing calls are considered airtime. If your plan has a limited number of minutes, any overage usage (incoming or outgoing) would be charged pay-per-use rates.
If you have an older plan which only includes local or Provincial calling, long-distance charges may apply depending on the situation. In addition, you should note that using services outside of Canada would be considered roaming and charged appropriately.
