I cancelled my internet 5 months ago as per fidos suggestion. I had to go with Rogers for better support for my needs. Fido continues to charge me monthly. They have almost 400 dollars with no refund in sight. Its been months. Countless hours on hold trying to resolve the issue and all they say is they have escalated the problem. I have opened a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I cant afford Christmas present for my kids because you have my money. I need a refund and some sort of restitution for my time and my the fact my kids are missing Christmas. I need someone to contact me. My next step is the media
