I went to the Fido kiosk and waited in line for over an hour (long wait is understandable since it’s a great deal) during the Christmas promotion. I finally get to talk to someone and they tell me they can’t do it on their computer because there’s still a balance owing on my phone, but he assured me that I’ll be able to do it online through my account. So I do what I have to do infront of him he says deal is done and guarantees me the plan will go through. I see the amount owing of around $500. For the last months payment plus the remaining balance of my phone, so I walk away thinking everythings good. I called Fido today and asked them when my plan will be updated, to which he says there is no record of the plan being setup and there is absolutely nothing he can do! Just very disappointing customer service! I will be shopping around for another provider!
