I took a look and 33333 for Translink is an official Shortcode so it should definitely be working.
How long has this been going on? Is there an option for them to call you with the code instead of the text?

That's definitely odd, have you spoken to our tech support regarding this? @amaski, you mentioned contacting us already, was it tech support you spoke with?
