Hi
I am in international roaming in India and my plan is eligible for roaming.
I was getting text messages till yesterday and somehow today it stopped working.
I tried following to resolve the issue:
- Restart the phone, turn on/off the line, put the phone on/off flight mode.
- Put the sim in another phone and restart.
- Reset the network setting
The sim sometime catches the network (mostly Airtel IND) but still not receiving any texts, I really need the OTP.
I tried to get support through Chat but it is very disappointing, going in loop and not directing me to any agent.
Please suggest any workable option, where can I get a ticket opened for this. I have been trying to get it working for more than 4 hours , I am highly frustated now.
Does anyone have any resolution/ suggestion. I could really use some help.
