I m not able to view my bill as it shows that only primary account holder can view the bill but I'm only the primary account holder

This is because when you registered your email it was set up as a subscriber and not the account holder.
You will have to use a different email and register again making sure to choose that you're the account holder.
If you do not have another email to use then just send a message to @FidoSolutions here in the community and a moderator can help you fix it.
