Hey there,
I am for some reason receiving my fido bills in the mail. My preference is set to online bills, but I am still receiving the mail!!! How do I stop this?

If you click on the My Fido Services link on the Contact Us page, you'll be provided with the other venues for customer support under Get in Touch.

That shouldn't be the case. Our billing is mostly do online these days. I suggest you contact us here, so we can take a look at that. Alternatively, you can also request a PM from the community for support.
