Hi there @darwincandido11 , to delete your account you would have to contact Fido support through one of the channels listed on Here  or you could go to a Fido store and ask for assistance there.

All cancellations have to be processed by customer care. For that you can contact us via these channels and we would happy to help. 😊

Is there any particular reason for that?
