I have recently come to my home country and my phone got stolen, I will be returning to Canada shortly. Is it possible to get a new SIM Card with my old Number back ? I have a lot in that number. Please help me regarding this!

  Welcome to the community!

 

  Sorry to hear your phone was stolen. Had you reported your phone stolen to Fido? You might consider doing so as it would prevent unauthorised usage on your account (see here).

 

  With regards to obtaining a new SIM card, you can either go to a Fido Store to purchase a new one or contact customer service. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter. Those methods can be accessed via the contact page posted above.

 

  Normally, you would be able to update your SIM card via your My Account (see here). However, you would need to have customer service update your SIM card since you no longer have your old SIM card number. You may need to update your SIM card in store with identification.

 

 Not to worry, your phone number is associated with your line. Updating your account with a new SIM card would not affect your account or phone number, only how your phone associates with your account.
