My friend referred me to Fido. I followed all of the instructions and signed up with Fido. It has been 3 months but both of us have not received the free month referral reward. I contacted the live agent today, and was told a few different reasons for this problem. The agent gave me wrong information and kept on changing his reasons because all of his reasons were not valid. How can I escalate this issue or file a complaint?

Hello @Akram27 ,sorry to hear that your referral hasn't been fulfilled yet. Have you checked your status on the refer a friend page to see if it's pending, rejected or being verified? Usually that's a good place to start and then you can discuss with someone what the time frame will be. On This page there are various options to connect with fido. If you scroll down, there is a link to report a concern that you can access. Best regards
