I joined Fido two months ago and choose Fido over other mobile providers due to a slight edge in price. I was very happy with the transition from Shaw Mobile (which is basically useless). Fido's social media agents walked me through the transition process on Twitter. A few days ago I had an issue and struggled to get through to a Fido agent all day. They are very busy during the Black Friday sale! I finally got through early the next morning on chat. Harmandeep made the resolution to my problem quickly and thoroughly. I'm very impressed!
