I just wanted to give some positive feedback for an amazing experience I just had with a chat rep. I needed to cancel my home phone service to help out with financial circumstance from not working right now and instead was offered the service for free for the next 2 years to help out during this time and will have a second number still just incase of an emergency.  The rep was amazing friendly and super helpful.  I just wanted to share something good during this craziness.
