I upgraded my phone on Monday December 2 online
I received all emails for the change of my phone, phone plan and purchase.
I have now waited business days to wait to see for a shipping email.
I am curious to how long it normally takes? and if there is a back order what is an expected delay?

Was called today to tell me that this phone is no longer available.
They waste a week of my time after taking my money just to tell me this.
They will not offer me anything of equal compensation.
Very poor customer service.

Depending on your plan, you will be able to upgrade with the same subsidy tier. Hence being of equal value. You can review your options through your online account and you can reach out to customer service if you have any questions during the process.
With that said, we do apologize for the delay in letting you know the status of your order.
Thank you for responding, it is appreciated that I am being communicated with-- it has been very frustrating being left in the dark-- that being said; how can I go about being upgraded with the same subsidy tier. I am unable to even view any upgrade options due to my "upgrade being pending".
After speaking 2 different people from Fido,
We concluded that nothing can be done about anything that has happened.
I appreciate the communication I received today, however I cannot stand for the poor professionalism of communication prior to this and still be left without absolutely nothing but wasted time and frustration.
The gimmicks of trying to keep clients around with swindling actions with no value is also not appreciated. Beating around the bush with upset clients is only more infuriating
I will be changing carriers
It is clear that being a loyal customer of 10+ years holds 0 value at Fido.
The experience was great till now.
Would not recommend Fido after this experience.
