Hey,
I've been with Fido for awhile now on a BYOD plan and I am thinking to get a new device on a 2 year term. My question is this though. After the 2 years does the monthly price come down to the BYOD plan levels or does it stay until you call and switch it over to one of those plans? I ask because that seems to be the case with Koodo but I don't see anything about that here.
To clarify. I currently have the 4G/month BYOD plan at $50. I'm looking at a medium plan that's $70/month. After the 2 years will this drop back to 50 without me doing anything or do I have to call in and switch plans?
Thanks!
David

Hello @hwdavidward,
Welcome to the community!
Great question, the short answer is no. That's because Fido uses a subsidized structure whereas Koodo uses a tab structure.
You can get a more detailed explanation regarding the two here.
