Why am I getting charged for a service I am not using? Why is it every support agent on here lies to me about my plan not being active??? I cancel my plan then some scamming winback phone center employee from fido reactiaves my plan and now I am getting CHARGED FOR A SERVICE I AM NOT EVEN USING. I don't even have an active SIM IN MY PHONE FROM FIDO. I contact support after they reassure me my plan is cancelled and I will be refunded. NOPE I AM GETTING CHARGED FOR ANOTHER MONTH EVEN THOUGH MY PLAN WAS SUPPOSEDLY CANCELLED. This company needs to restructure and not hire anyone off the street. Can I get someone who is competent to cancel my plan and refund me?? I talk on the phone and I might as well be talking to a kid.
