Fooled by fido customer service

I got a call from fido saying that I will be getting a phone for cheaper plan and then I went to fido store to pick up they were also shocked and then she contacted the customer care she agreed but unfortunately, they weren`t having the phone in stock and then I went to another store they fooled me and told me that this plan is not for you I have been loyal to fido and whole my family and friends uses fido due to my recommendation but we all are deciding to koodo because koodo is offering us a very cheap and good deal then fido 
I was thinking fido customer service was best in whole Canada 

but after a time I realized it is worst
