Hey everyone. I tried to order a new phone and get set up with fido last Thursday. Today I call and inquire of the shipping details, only to be told my entire thing was canceled due to fraud. I'm very upset, my current phone is broken. I called the fraud number fido gave me. They called back and said they would send the info to Alex.
What does my timeliness look like here with proving I'm real? I need a new phone asap, and I'm ready to call telus. When will they get back to me and what will they say?

Sorry to hear of the issue, while these methods are set up to help protect us (the customers) they can sometimes produce a false negative and make things a bit more difficult. I would suggest you reach out to customer service or to the fraud department as they are the only ones that will have any information that can better assist you.
