I'm freaking out, last month I upgraded my phone with a finance 9.99 a month new phone. Now I received my bill and it's over 2000$ the whole new phone value not 9.99$ a month. Is there anyone out there knows what's going on?
Sorry to hear about the mix-up, in this case, you would need to contact customer service and they can access your account and see what happened and sort this out for you.
