i got a call from fido win back team they gave me an offer for Rogers. 100GB plan for 60$.
I accepted the offer march 3rd, 2023. It is been a whole week and have not received any confirmation on the plan or the breakdown email which they said will be coming in 24-48 business hours.
They did a credit check too. Whenever I contact Fido they say, you have to wait we are just customer service we can not contact winback team.
next time they said i should receive a call from them but no calls yet.
i am not sure what to do or who to complaint as Fido customer care is useless.
I guess i will complaint to office of consumer affair, if i do not get a response soon.
