Dear Fido Team,
I have been a loyal Fido customer for over two years and have always appreciated your services. However, I recently had to switch to Virgin Plus as their plans were more affordable for my needs. Before making this decision, I reached out to Fido’s customer service multiple times to discuss possible offers that could match Virgin Plus. Unfortunately, the representatives informed me that no comparable offers were available and even suggested I proceed with the switch.
As a long-term customer, I was disappointed by this response. I had hoped for a more accommodating approach, given my loyalty to Fido. That said, I would be happy to return to Fido if there is a competitive plan and device offer available.
Please let me know if there are any options to make this possible. I value the service and reliability Fido provides and look forward to hearing back from you.
Best regards,
Azhar

I have been a customer with Fido from before they owned it. Very disappointing customer service and non competitive pricing plans. Congrats on losing another loyal customer. Too bad it's impossible to get through to a live agent. Even the online chat is no longer available. Your AI Jack service is the perfect way to be less caring about customers and ultimately kill jobs in Canada. Very disappointed.

Hello Azharinfotech,
Welcome to the community!
You should note the forums are community-driven and not intended as a venue for customer services. We do not have access to customers' accounts nor would we be in any position to consider providing an alternate plan option. As far as I am aware, any offers provided to you would need to be through their Winback team. Unfortunately, I don't believe that team regularly monitors these forums. I also believe they are only an outbound team.
If you wished to discuss your matter, you would need to contact customer service. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter. Those methods can be accessed via the contact page posted above. However, you would still likely need to wait for the Winback team to provide an offer, if they choose to contact you.
Hope this helps 😀
Cheers
