Fido.ca - Issue changing plan

When I click change plan on the website, it shows that there is some problem that I cannot do that. How to solve that?

yes it's okay now. Another question, is there a plan with 1G data? I could only find the plan with 3G data and that's too much for me. Thanks a lot!

That's definitely odd, what was the exact error message?

 

Also, I do suggest clearing your browser's cache and cookies and trying again. If it does not work, you can also try a different browser.
