I've been lied to about my plan and phone and my trust is gone in this company
I recently signed up for a plan with a white s22. everything on the website said it was white and when it got to my home. It was black. I contacted customer support about this but they denied it was ever white. They changed everything on my account to say it was black. I was also surprised to see that they have changed my data plan of 15GB for $55, which was on a special promotion deal to a different plan of only 10GB for $60. Fido, I do not know what you are doing making your customer support like this, but if you continue this your customers will leave and join your competitors who are actually truthful.
