Fido Overchaged for November

I have gone through my bill and I noticed that I was overcharged for the month of November? please how can I talk to a representative to look into it?

me too, i have the same problem, my bill is double, 

the problem is when i try to contract fido by web helper, it is AI agent, 

and my question is not on the list, my bill is due 30 Nov and I'm run out of time

  Welcome to the community!


  Have you had a chance to view the billing details for those bills? The details should list the additional charges which have incurred on the bill. You can view those details via My Account --> Billing & Payment --> View Bill. From there, you can Print and/or Save a PDF copy of your bill. Alternatively, you can see the additional charges online via Other Charges and Credits.


  If there are discrepancies, you would need to contact customer services to discuss those details. Alternatively, you might consider sending @FidoSolutions a PM. Once they verify some information, they'll also be able to access your accounts.
