Spent the last few days trying to get a hold of anyone at fido Customer Service. This is a general message and review to anyone out there. I can't speak for anyone else but I am certainly looking to leave Fido as soon as I am able to get in contact with anyone.
Same here:( I am trying to contact Fido from a week now, calls chats 2-2 hours I waited but no response. I have no update on refund of my returned device and their service is ridiculous. I will be leaving it as soon as I get to contact them:/
