They are charging me unnecessarily. not refunding my returned device. Not picking up calls neither any chat service is available! I don't want Fido please cancel my device plan and sim service too I ll get another one  @@fido

Same here:( I am trying to contact Fido from a week now, calls chats 2-2 hours I waited but no response. I have no update on refund of my returned device and their service is ridiculous. I will be leaving it as soon as I get to contact them:/
