How do clients reach a human with Fido it's been 2 full days that I try through chat, Instagram, group chat and the phone, I also sent an email and now I'm sending this text, I've been a customer for over 24 years and have never been as discuses in your service I am now!!
I have the same problem. They billed me for FIDO roam when I actually had my mom take out her SIM card after one day of being billed without using it. It's so frustrating to be told that it's 3 hours of wait time without giving an option for call back. AskJack is absolutely useless in my opinion when it comes to solving real problems.
